Welcome to Vibes Yoga and Pilates — a space where wellness is reimagined with joy, ease, and unforgettable experiences. We go beyond traditional yoga by blending movement, mindfulness, animals, and sound healing to create moments that make you feel good inside and out. From private yoga and group classes to Sound Baths, Puppy Yoga, and Llama Yoga — every session is designed to bring both balance and fun.

 

Our visionary and lead instructor, Eva, has been practicing yoga and Pilates for over 10 years. She knows firsthand how physical health shapes mental well-being. Yoga and Pilates carried her through life’s most challenging times, supported her pregnancy, and helped her quickly regain strength after giving birth to her son.

 

Eva is also a practicing life coach and a graduate of Stanford’s Positive Psychology program. She brings together her knowledge of movement, mindfulness, and coaching to create classes that are more than just workouts. At Vibes Yoga, Eva guides students not only toward physical strength and recovery, but also toward deeper connection with their higher self.
