Refund Policy

At Reset Vibes — Yoga and Pilates Experiences, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please review our policy carefully before booking.

 

1. No Refunds

    •    Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

 

2. Rescheduling

    •    You may reschedule your ticket for another available session if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event.

    •    Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

3. Ticket Transfers

    •    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Simply provide their name and details before the event.

 

4. Event Cancellations by Reset Vibes

    •    In the rare event that Reset Vibes cancels or reschedules a session (e.g., due to weather, animal welfare, or instructor availability), you will be offered the option to transfer your ticket to another date at no additional cost.

    •    Refunds will not be issued, except in cases where no rescheduling option is possible.

 

5. Missed Classes

    •    Missed classes or no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
