​Welcome to Reset Vibes — Yoga and Pilates Experiences. By booking, attending, or participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

 

 

1. Booking & Tickets

 

 

  • All participants must hold a valid ticket to attend an event.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person or rescheduled to another available date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Age Requirements

 

 

  • Children under 7 years old are not permitted at group events.

  • Children ages 7–15 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • One adult may supervise a maximum of two children.

  • Both adults and children require their own tickets.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Participation & Safety

 

 

  • All activities are voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity and agree to participate at your own risk.

  • If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before attending.

  • Reset Vibes and its instructors are not responsible for injuries or health issues that may arise during or after participation.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Animal Interaction (Puppy Yoga, Llama & Alpaca Events)

 

 

  • Animals are cared for and supervised, but as with any live animals, interactions are at participants’ own risk.

  • Guests must treat all animals with respect. Rough handling or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Cancellations & Changes by Organizer

 

 

  • Reset Vibes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather for outdoor sessions, animal welfare, or instructor availability).

  • In such cases, tickets may be rescheduled or transferred, but refunds will not be provided.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Photography & Media

 

 

  • By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

  • Guests are welcome to take personal photos, provided it does not disrupt the class.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

 

By purchasing a ticket and attending, you release Reset Vibes — Yoga and Pilates Experiences, its instructors, staff, and partners from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the event.
